Change Working Hours

Is there a way of changing one persons working hours? I have set the project calender to the normal working week - monday to friday 0800 - 1700 but I have one resource who works different hours to everyone else. He has a set working week but I seem to only be able to change his hours day by day.

RE: Change Working Hours

Hi Joanne,

Thank you for your question.

Go to Resource sheet view and right click over the resource in question and choose Resource Information. Select Change Working Time from the first tab and select the column letters.

So if you wanted to set the hours for Monday to Friday to 9am to 6.30pm, then highlight the column letters across from M to F and then edit the working times.

I hope this answers your question.

Let me know how you get on.

Regards

Simon
