Training course document - 10AUG2010 with Stephen in Bloomsbury

Hi Stephen

I forgot to email myself my final excel doc with my coursework. You said that you'd save them all to a memory stick. Could you possibly email me mine please?

I was in the front row by the window & made lots of notes in the script.

Thanks
Kerry

Hi Kerry
Thanks for your question

Sorry for the delay.

I have those files on my personal memory stick, which is at home. I will hunt the file down tonight and email it to you tomorrow

Regards

Stephen

Excel tip:

Hide separate columns in Excel 2010

If you want to hide columns not adjacent to each other for example, Columns A, C and E then:-

1) Click on the fist column to be hidden i.e. A

2) Press and hold down the CTRL key

3) While holding the CTRL key, left click on the rest of the columns you want to hide i.e. C and E

4) Right click and choose Hide
