how to update templates

RE: templates

Hi Vania

Thank you for your question. In Word go to the File menu, choose OPEN, then find our templates folder (most commonly C:\Documents & Settings\WINDOWS USER NAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates.)

f you find the folder appears to be empty click the arrow in the TYPE OF FILE box, and choose (*.dot) or Document Templates.

With the file open make all the edits you require then save and close.

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew

Word tip:

Table Headers on Subsequent Pages

To make sure that your tables if they carry on to subsequent pages have a Table header on each page.
Select the rows at the top of the table which you would like to repeat on subsequent pages, select Table, Heading Rows Repeat. Note this does not work if you insert a hard page break (CTRL+Enter)
