How do I sort data alphabetically?

RE: Excel

Hi Nicola,

Thank you for your question.

Click into one of the data cells underneath the heading you want the excel list sorted by.

E.g. If you want sort the data by County, click in any cell containing a county and go to the Data menu and then Sort.

Ensure that the County field is selected from the options available in the Sort By box.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon
