Data consolidation

what is absolute value?

RE: data consolidation

Hello Maciej

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

I assume you are asking about absolute references?

An absolute reference is a cell in a formula that does not change or alter when the formula is copied elsewhere in a spreadsheet.

An absolute reference can be recognised as it has two $ signs, one in front of the column letter, and the second between the column letter and row number in the cell reference.

Kind regards
Amanda
