Outlook meeting requests

Hiya. I am having trouble updating meeting requests without sending to every single attendee. In the old version a box used to pop up which said update all attendees or update added/or deleted attendees. How can I get this box to pop up again?

Outlook tip:

Set Outlook to automatically save Unsent messages

In Outlook, you can automatically save unfinished messages in your 'Drafts' folder.

Click the 'Tools' menu, then select 'Options'.
Click 'Email options' and select the 'Automatically save unsent messages' option.

Your draft emails will now be saved every 3 minutes. If you want to save an email more often than that, just click 'Save' at any time.
