i would like to know more uses for macros

you can use macro to record the tasks that you or users need to do on a regular basis such as filling in forms or inserting large amounts of text or even appling styles to the document for more examples on this you can search the microsoft office website, hope this helps you

Word tip:

Changing the ruler settings

If you are used to working in cms or inches and want the ruler in Microsoft Word to reflect this, you can click on tools, options and the general tab.

At the bottom you will have the option to switch the measurement units over.
