I have a template in an ISO A2 document and want to change it to an ISO A3 document but when I change the page and try to select all and bring to smaller page size it puts all the writing out of line? Is there an easy way to rescale the document?

Thank you for your question.
If you go into File - Page Setup, then on the Print Setup tab, change scaling to Fit by 1 sheet across by 1 sheet down, then OK and print it, does that work?
