Would you be able to email me a list of shortcuts eg: Ctrl C = copy, Cont V = paste, f9 = update all

Thanks for the question:
In response, The Microsoft website has a link which will allow you to access most if not all the shortcuts... however you should consider using the Alt key. in Word 2007, pressing the Alt will initiate a short cut key indicator to appear on the ribbon, these are context sensitive and appear as you are working as you require them.... So the Alt key are good to learn too.
