How do I insert a graph from Excel

RE: insert graph

Hi Wendy

Inserting a graph from Excel to Powerpoint:-

First click into the slide you want to add the chart into. Then, go into the Insert menu and down to "Object", if you scroll down you can see an option that says "Microsoft excel chart" click on that option.

From there you can either insert a new chart made from scratch, or browse and find a chart you have already created.

Good luck

Tracy

PowerPoint tip:

Convert a 2003 presentation to 2010

If you have a presentation in 2003 you can work on it with the 2010 enhancements by using the compatibility mode.

Open the 2003 file in Powerpoint, and it will open it compatibility mode.

Click on the File tab then select Info, and Convert. Then save the file using "Save as", type in your new file name, and then click Save.

Your 2003 presentation will now be in 2010 and you'll be able to use all the enhancements available.
