To create a sub datasheet you need to ensure that you have related the tables correctly.

I hope you remember how to create relationship between two tables from the relationships windows. Let

Insert The Current Date

To insert the current date into a Table field or Form Text box use:

Ctrl+Semi-Colon(;)
