Task Bar

do you recomened the best way for someone to view tasks in progrss is through sharing folders or emailing them?

RE: Task Bar

Hi Kayleigh,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum, I think the best way and most secure method of viewing tasks in progress is to share folders, that way as soon as changes are effected the results are immediatly available to all. Email requires extra steps which could incorporate errors and are about as secure as a postcard. (Anybody with a little bit of knowledge can read them if they really want to) I hope that has helped, regards Pete

Outlook tip:

View non consecutive days

To view nonconsecutive dates:

On the right side of the window in the Date Navigator (the small calendar that displays the current month), click the first date you want to view.
While holding down the CTRL key, click any other dates you want to view. (To remove a date, click it again.)
You can display up to 14 nonconsecutive days!
