Voting buttons

What are voting buttons and how do you use them

RE: Voting buttons

Hello Kim

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Voting buttons are used to be able to track and tally voting options that recipients of a message with voting buttons choose.

There is a link below to a tutorial page that explains why they are used and how to use them - I haven't tested these instructions however you can always come back to me if they don't work for you:

Outlook tip:

Preview incoming email messages from the task bar

It is possible to receive notification of and quickly preview any new incoming messages in Outlook.

In Outlook, go to Tools-Options-E-Mail Options-Advanced E-Mail Options, and select "Display a New Mail Desktop Alert" to enable this feature.
