How do I cjange formulas in to values?

Hi Natalie,
Welcome to the forum, and thank you for your post. To answer your question:

1. Select the cells containing the formulas that you wish to adjust...
2. Copy the contents (CTRL+C)
3. Go To Menu command Edit>Paste Special
4. Choose Option Values and click OK

Excel tip:

Create a unique items table from a duplicating table

1. Ensure that your list has column headings
2. Select the entire list
3. From the menu bar, select DATA, FILTER, ADVANCED FILTER
4. Select "Filter the list, in place", and tick the "Unique Records Only" box
5. Click OK, filtered list appears.
