On the Advanced Excel course, you will have learned about macros to a basic level. What the Excel VBA course will teach you to do is how to write code in Excel that will perform more complex macros for you.

So if there is a lot of work you are doing manually to create your reports that you perceive could be automated, it might be worth considering VBA training.
