Excel Imports to a presentation

If you create a hyperlink then you can open an Excel file that has more than one sheet in it.

To create a hyperlink, select the text or object that you want to click on to get the spreadsheet to open.

Then use Ctrl + K to open the Insert Hyperlink dialogue box.

Navigate to the Excel file you wish to link to, and select it. Then click OK.

Test the hyperlink in slide show view to see if it works.
