For sorting a large data list how do you sort by size, alphabetically, date order etc?

Dear Cliff,
Hope you are enjoying your 2nd day of Excel training.
To sort a list of data:
- 1. click any cell of data table
2. DATA menu > Sort
3. Pick the column heading you wish to sort the list by (you can select up to 3 columns)
4. Press ok
