how to filter data?

RE: Xcel

Hi Rhian

Thank you for your question

If you select a cell anywhere in the table to be filtered and click on data-filter-autofilter, each column head will manifest a drop down list which you can use to filter on specific items

Each column also has a custom item in its list that allows to to specify ranges of data and also to use such operators as greater than, less than, not equal to etc.

Hope this helps

Regards

Stephen

Excel tip:

Apply Autosum with keyboard shortcut

If you press Alt and = at the same time, it applies autosum.
