How do i add a smiley face to a macro on my tool bar

Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for your question.

Smiley button is usually associate with a macro. To customize your toolbar:
1) Right click any buttons on your toolbar
2) Choose Customize
3) Commands Tab
4) Left Column: choose Macros
Right Column: choose New Macro Button / or any Macros your recorded previously
5) Drag up your selection into the toolbar
6) Right click on toolbar icon/text > change button image > choose a smiley

Change The Powerpoint view to 16:9 ratio

In PowerPoint you can adjust the 'Page Setup' commands to change the height and/or width of the page - changing the aspect ratio.

You can make it so that the effect on screen will look similaar to the letterbox films that you see on TV - with black space above and below the picture.

Choose 'File' menu, select 'Page Setup'.

Make the Width 64 cm and the Height 36 cm.

Click OK
