There are two things to consider here. First you need to set the times in your calendar, then ideally you need to make your units for a day match your calendar.

From the Tools menu choose change working time, select your working days and record the hours when work can take place. Then from the options button make sure your default start times / finish times and the hours per day match the settings you made in your calendar.
