How do you get open the spreadsheet you would like to use in other presentation. We learn this at the end but I didnt catch it all.

Thank you for your question regarding reusing slides in PowerPoint.

1) Click the New Slide drop-down and select Reuse slides at the bottom which opens a new pane on the right side
2) Click the Browse button and choose Browse file.
3) Locate the file then click the side you wish to move across
4) Close the pane when complete.

Change an AutoShape to a different shape quickly

Having drawn and formatted an AutoShape, you can quickly change the existing shape to a different one while still preserving the formatting changes you made. Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the shape you want to change (to select it).
2. Click on the Draw button on the drawing toolbar.
3. Select Change AutoShape.
4. Click on the AutoShape that you wish to change the existing shape into.
