Microsoft outlook

In Microsoft Outlook I have 5 unread emails but cannot seem to find them easily. Is there a way of just showing unread emails?

RE: Microsoft outlook

Hello Louise,

You can easily view unread messages. In the navigation pane of your mail box, where your Inbox, Sent Items, Junk mail folders are listed, you'll see at the bottom a folder called "Search Folders". Click this and Add New Folder, You will see the option of creating a special search folder for Unread Mail. Create this, then every time you need to view Unread Mail click the folder.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,

Mark
