PowerPoint Intermediate Advanced course

Power Point

On my course last week the trainer showed us how to put slides into a Word Docuement so they got numbered and you can manipulate the layout.

Its not in the course book and I didn't make a note of how to do it... now I've forgotten!
Thanks

RE: Power Point

Hello Claire,

Thank you for your question regarding slides in Word.

From PowerPoint you click the Office Button, Publish, Create Handouts in Word.

This will export a copy of your current presentation in to Word, where you can print or edit.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,

Mark

PowerPoint tip:

Blank The Screen During a Presentation

You sometimes need eye-to-eye contact with your audience, so to remove the temptation of the presentation screen behind you, blank out the screen.

Ctrl+B blacks the screen out, and use it again to continue.

Ctrl+W whites the screen, but be careful not to use this in a dark room. You may blind your audience with a strong white light.
