Hi Marco,
Thank you for your question.
In Slide Master view, go to the Edit Theme group.
Each Theme has its own Colour set, Font set and Effects set. You can edit each of these by clicking on the downward facing arrow that appears on the right hand side of each of these options.
However, you can also create your own Colour and Theme fonts by clicking on the 'Create New...' at the bottom of the list of themes.
