Hyperlinks

do hyperlinks remain active when you pdf the document?

RE: hyperlinks

Hi Ludwig,

Thank you for your question.

Which adobe product are you using?

This could have an influence on whether the hyperlinks will run or not. I have read some articles recently that say that hyperlinks created in PowerPoint will be inactive in the PDF document.

A solution to this would be to add the hyperlinks in manually using your PDF software.

I hope this helps.

Regards

Simon

RE: hyperlinks

Hello Ludwig,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft PowerPoint Intermediate course with Best STL.

Thank you for your question regarding hyperlinks. The answer is yes... the links do remain active after you have emailed the PowerPoint presentation to someone as a pdf file.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.

PowerPoint tip:

Change The Powerpoint view to 16:9 ratio

In PowerPoint you can adjust the 'Page Setup' commands to change the height and/or width of the page - changing the aspect ratio.

You can make it so that the effect on screen will look similaar to the letterbox films that you see on TV - with black space above and below the picture.

Choose 'File' menu, select 'Page Setup'.

Make the Width 64 cm and the Height 36 cm.

Click OK
