Action button

Hi Michelle,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

On your Drawing Toolbar at the bottom of the screen select Autoshapes and then the Action Button you would like. When you put the Action Button on the slide it will automatcially open the diaglogue box so you can create your link.
