How do i create a flash file in dreamweaver?

Byron,

Dreamweaver has limited Flash file creation capabilities. You can usually create a simple button or text flash file, but for more complicated Flash movies/files, you would need to get Adobe Flash.

See Dreamweaver's 'Insert -> Media' menu item for what you can insert using Dreamweaver.
