Is there any way to transorm an ordinary presentation (PPT) into AVI format?

Hi Anna,

It doesn't seem you can convert to AVI unless you download a program/add-in that allows you to do this.

I did a quick google search, and found these URLs which might be able to help you:

I cannot vouch for these sites, and you should use your own trusted spyware/virus checker when downloading such programs.

PowerPoint tip:

Disable animations in slide show view

Want to stop your animations from playing in slide show view temporarily? You can disable animations by:

1. Going to Slide Show - Set Up Show on the menu bar.

2. Putting a check next to "Show without animation" under Show Options.

3. Clicking OK.

Remove the check from the "Show without animation" checkbox to enable animations to play again.
