How do you do a duplicate shape.

Hi Susan, Welcome to the forum, thank you for your post, in answer to your question, like everything in MS Office there are a number of ways to accomplish a particular task; in the case of duplicating a shape follow one of these;
1. Click on the shape border (select the shape) and then press the keyboard combination CTRL+D.
2. Copy the shape and paste it, using menu or toolbar commands.
3. Use the keyboard combination CTRL+C and then CTRL+V to copy and paste.
