Getting rid of a white background when I have inserted a table or graph

Hi Charlotte, Thank you for the post, in answer to your question, I need just a little more information please; you say get rid of a white background, if you have copied and pasted the chart or table it will act like a graphic, and you should remove any backgrounds or fill colours before copying it to the presentation, if however you have used the Menu command Insert>Object to Browse and link your chart or table to your presentation then by double-clicking on the object it will open the original program to allow you to format it and remove backgrounds or fill colours. Start and stop presentations if you have used timings

If you have used timings and need to stop a presentation press S to stop and S again to restart.
