Size of powerpoint files

now the best ways to reduce the size of your file the first one is from within PowerPoint if your file has many pictures within it, then the thing to do is click on one of your pictures on a slide, the picture toolbar should then appear. You will find a compress picture button which will allow you to compress the selected picture or all pictures which will help

If this doesn't help as much you could try adding this file to winzip by right clicking on the file and choosing add to winzip
