Well worry no more. The solution lies in using an incredibly handy tool called Freeze Panes. This tool \u2018freezes\u2019 the top row and left column headings making it easier to check data against the appropriate headings when scrolling. This means when you go to VIEW &gt; FREEZE PANES &gt; FREEZE PANES, any rows above and to the left of cell B6 will be \u2018frozen\u2019 when scrolling in either direction<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6438 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stl-training.co.uk\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Freezepanes5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stl-training.co.uk\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Freezepanes5.png 570w, https:\/\/www.stl-training.co.uk\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Freezepanes5-300x99.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>After \u2018Freeze Panes\u2019 has been applied, you may wish to turn off this feature. This may be because you might want to reset the areas to be frozen or you just want to take it back to normal. To do this, go to VIEW &gt; FREEZE PANES &gt; UNFREEZE PANES<\/li>\n<li>If you add more columns and\/or rows to your spreadsheet, you will need to \u2018refreeze\u2019 the panes.
