Remember, as a PDF, the workbook will not be saved as an Excel document, so you won&#8217;t have the functionality of an Excel document.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1418\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1418\" style=\"width: 291px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stl-training.co.uk\/b\/exceltraining\/files\/2012\/12\/save-as-dialogue-excel-training.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1418\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stl-training.co.uk\/b\/exceltraining\/files\/2012\/12\/save-as-dialogue-excel-training.png\" alt=\"save-as-dialogue-excel-training\" width=\"291\" height=\"182\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1418\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Save as dialogue box.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>You can also attach your Excel worksheet as a PDF to an email,<\/strong> using the Save and Send options in the backstage view. \u00a0In the Save and Send screen, select \u00a0Send as PDF, and ok, and the workbook will be saved as a pdf and attached to an email.
